Michael Black is a visual artist from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Emily Carr institute of Art & Design in 2001, Michael has focused his artistic process on the development of a unique three-dimensional impasto technique for the application of acrylic paint. His paintings can be found in private collections throughout Canada, Italy, Israel, and the United States of America, including those of Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and U.S. President Bill Clinton. In 2006, Michael’s painting “Om Mani Padme Hum” was blessed by His Holiness The Dalai Lama. Always searching for new inspiration and insight, Michael Black has created Health Science Fine Art as a platform for the exploration of chiropractic imagery.
